Lee has been riding bikes since he was 3 and racing since 13, along the way he has won many regional, National and International titles mainly as a track sprinter.
Lee now spends his time as a full time coach with two companies; Performance Cycle Coaching which provides individual training programs for athletes competing in every discipline from mountain biking, road racing and time trials right through to track sprint and track endurance. Lee also runs Fast Track Coaching along with David Le Grys which concentrates on expert track and road coaching with the use of video feedback and covers total beginners right up to world champions. Lee also offers coaching for those who just want a structured approach to getting fit, losing weight and riding sportive’s.
Lee is our resident cycling guru and “agony Uncle” (he’ll love me saying that!). He’ll be giving insight in to bike racing at all levels, what its like to have a personal coach, answering your training, bike set up and tactics questions, plus reporting from racing events around the country. Contact Lee with any of your questions he’s here to dispel the myth’s around good training and cycling in general.
Away from cycling Lee likes trashy American TV such as Gossip Girl, How I met Your Mother, The Big Bang Theory and The mentalist. He is also a fan of X Factor ( he is well known amongst friends for his weekly review on the show on facebook), eating cheesecake, snowboarding and travelling and experiencing new cultures.
